Once you start, it is very hard to go back!

Always get a physical and have your doctor check your blood sugar, blood pressure and protein levels. This will all be lower after the first 45 days.

Eliminate: This is very, very important! Any and ALL soft drinks, flavored beverages (sugar free or otherwise) Read labels!

Bread, pasta, rice or grains. Cereal, oatmeal, grits and mashed potatoes. There are alternatives.

I have a list of pantry items that you should acquire. Eliminate any items in your pantry or refrigerator that are not on the list.

Commit to the 45 days. When your body starts accepting fat as the energy source instead of carbohydrates, you will  have more energy and not feel hungry.

 A couple of important items…Virgin organic cold pressed unrefined coconut oil. Bulletproof MCT oil.

Stevia, grass fed butter.

Install “Myfitnesspal” on your cell phone. This will be the best tool. It will set up your goals, calories, nutrients and macros.

You will get a visual on any food item for fat, sugar, carbs, protein and sodium. Soon you will automatically know what to eat. I/E any vegetables that grow above ground (cruciferous) .

I set myself up for 2040 calories per day in order to lose 2 pounds a week. When you are using fat for energy, it is almost impossible to eat more than 1500 calories. Hence more weight loss.

 Use the app for the first 30-60 days. I used it for the first year or more. It becomes addictive to enter and see the amounts you have left.

Do a weight selfie once a month and wear the same clothes each time. You will lose approximately 20 lbs in the first 45 days and feel incredible.

 You are replacing carbs and sugar with healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, grass fed butter, palm oil, pecans, walnuts,

(saturated and monounsaturated)

These replace your energy source, sugar and sugar substitutes trick your body to burn sugar and store carbohydrates. Fats are

burned immediately for energy and change your body to use the stored carbs and sugar…once again 20lbs.

You will need to drink 4-5 bottles of water daily. Your system is requiring more water to transition.  (if you feel dizzy, drink more water)

It will take 7-10 days for the sugar craving to be gone. What helped me was frozen whipped cream with stevia and cinnamon.
